On any slope below 2:12, The correct roofing material to install is a low slope system. There are many products available but for many reasons we install the self adhering modified bitumen. This product offers the longest warranty beyond other modified bitumen products. Ranging between 15 and 25 years. Allowing the customer to choose what is in their budget and still have a great product. This system is self adhering, making it very safe to install. There are no open flame torches involved. We also offer commercial and residential silicone coatings.
