JMK Roofing completed installation across 59 buildings, totaling 1,200 squares (120,000 square feet) of roofing. The scope included a mix of cabins and large shared-use structures, each requiring the right materials and a steady, reliable installation process to keep the entire project moving.

For the 10 double cabins and 45 single cabins, JMK Roofing installed Owens Corning Woodcrest shingles, selected for their durability and natural, dimensional look. The main lodge, pool building, and restaurant were completed using GAF Grand Sequoia shingles, designed to perform well on larger, high-traffic buildings. The event center was also finished with Owens Corning Woodcrest, creating a cohesive look across the property.

Beyond the scale of the work, this project required tight alignment with the general contractor’s schedule. JMK Roofing stayed on track from start to finish, consistently meeting deadlines without disruption. The project manager specifically called out JMK Roofing as the only subcontractor that did not require cleanup after work, maintaining a clean, organized job site throughout the build.

To help control costs and improve efficiency, all materials were delivered directly from the manufacturer to the site, reducing handling time and saving the property owner money.
